Calendly pricing 2026: plans and cost by team size
What Calendly costs for 3 to 50 users, the discount above 30 users, what Free leaves out, and why its pricing page shows $18 first.
Calendly costs $10 a user a month on Standard and $16 on Teams, billed yearly. Billed monthly, they cost $12 and $20. Notetaker and Callie add $8. Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year. Free has 1 event type and 1 calendar. On Teams, 10 users pay $1,920 a year. Calendly calls a user a seat.

Standard also adds 6 calendars, group events, automations, Stripe, PayPal and HubSpot. Teams also adds Salesforce, admin controls and optional SSO.
Why Calendly's page shows $18 and $24. It opens with Notetaker and Callie turned on, so it shows the Plus prices first. Turn the switch off to see $10 and $16.

Round robin needs Teams, so most teams should read that column. Billed monthly, Teams costs $240 a user a year.

Is Calendly free?
Yes. Free has no end date and no limit on one-on-one meetings. It does not include:
- A second event type, such as a 15-minute and a 60-minute call.
- A second calendar to check for conflicts.
- Automations and reminders.
- Stripe and PayPal payments.
- Group events and round robin.
Paid plans have a 14-day trial. After it, the account goes back to Free (Calendly help).
Other costs
- Users. Each person who hosts meetings is a paid user. People who book with you are not.
- Text credits. Standard and Teams include 250 credits per user a month, and Enterprise includes 1,000. A message uses 0, 1, 3 or 9 credits, by country (Calendly help).
- SSO. On Teams, SSO is an add-on with no public price.
- Callie. It is in beta, and Calendly does not say what it will cost after beta.
- Tax. Calendly can add tax, by location.
What are the downsides of Calendly?
- Team features. Round robin and central admin need $16 a user, not $10.
- Own domain. We found no booking page on your own domain. Domain control sets who can sign up with your email domain, not the booking link.
- File upload. A Calendly staff reply from 2023 says the booking form has none. See the ways around it.
- Cost per host. The cost grows with each host, even one who takes few meetings.
Calendly fits if you need routing forms or deep Salesforce or HubSpot work, or if your team already knows it.
Is Calendly better than Google Calendar?
Google Calendar has appointment schedules, which suit one person with a few meetings. Some features need a paid plan. Calendly adds event types, team scheduling, automations and more integrations.
Is there a cheaper alternative?
