Cost for 10 users for a year, billed yearly, on the plan with team scheduling. A plan name means from that plan up. Calendly is shown for comparison.

Why teams leave Calendly

  • Cost per user. Round robin needs Teams at $16 a user. See Calendly pricing by team size.
  • Brand. The booking link stays on calendly.com. Domain control is about who can sign up, not the booking page.
  • Files. There is no file upload in the booking form.
  • SSO and audit log. These need Enterprise, from $15,000 a year. SSO on Teams is an add-on.

When to stay on Calendly

Stay if you use routing forms or deep Salesforce or HubSpot workflows, or if your people know the tool. Moving costs time, and every saved link has to change.

The 8 tools

Acuity: service businesses

Charges for the account: 6 users share a $27 plan and 36 share a $55 plan (pricing). It has payments, deposits, packages and intake forms with files up to 5 MB. It has no free plan and no own domain, and the logo goes away only on Premium. See Calendly vs Acuity.

Zoho Bookings: Zoho users

A free plan, then Basic at $6 and Premium at $9 a user a month, billed yearly (pricing). Premium adds custom domains and white label, and costs $1,080 for 10 users. The docs do not say which plan has round robin.

zcal: low price

Free for individuals, with unlimited links and calendars. Pro is $7 a user a month, billed yearly, with round robin, file uploads and text reminders. Business is $12, or $1,440 for 10 users, and adds custom domains (pricing).

Microsoft Bookings: Microsoft 365 users

Comes with Microsoft 365 plans such as Business Basic, from $7 a user a month. It has no payments, and it picks a person at random when a booker selects "Anyone".

Sprintful: your brand

Every plan has your own domain, email from your own address and round robin. Basic is $9 a user a month, or $90 a year, with 2 booking pages and 500 bookings a month. Professional adds custom CSS, group sessions and reports. Business adds Stripe payments, WhatsApp and branded texts. Enterprise adds SAML SSO. File upload takes up to 10 MB. See pricing.

SavvyCal: booking experience

Basic is $10 a user a month, billed yearly, with unlimited calendars and round robin. Premium is $200 a user a year, or $2,000 for 10 users, and adds your own domain. The free plan covers polls only (pricing).

Cal.com: developers

Free for one user. Teams is $12 a user a month, billed yearly, with round robin and routing forms. Organizations is $28 and adds a company subdomain, not your own domain, plus SAML SSO and audit log (pricing).

YouCanBookMe: simple pages

Free for 1 calendar and 30 bookings a month. Team is $18 a user a month, or 10% less billed yearly. Links stay on youcanbook.me. See YouCanBookMe alternatives.

Also consider

  • Sales routing at scale: Chili Piper starts at $1,250 a month with 15 users.
  • One-time payment: TidyCal has a lifetime deal from $29. Round robin needs the $79 Agency deal.

How to switch from Calendly

  1. List your event types, forms and automations.
  2. Create them in the new tool and connect your calendars.
  3. Test a real booking on a phone, with confirmation and reminder.
  4. Change the links on your website and in email signatures.
  5. Keep Calendly until its booked meetings are done.
